The ideal candidate will be able to lead regional marketing initiatives by setting specific goals and objectives. Collaborate with the Global Head of Marketing to craft innovative strategies, recommend their implementation, and fortify the company’s brand presence in assigned regions. Drive product alignment, understand regional financial targets, and assess the effectiveness and ROI of marketing strategies.

  • Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
  • Assist the Global Head of Marketing in developing creative strategies.
  • Recommend strategies for implementation in regional marketing plans.
  • Analyze local competition and enhance the company’s brand position in assigned regional areas.
  • Liaise with the marketing department to propose product alternatives.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the financial goals in a region and the key success indicators.
  • Evaluate the productivity and return on investment (ROI) of marketing strategies.
  • Report to the Head of Marketing.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing in the Forex and/or Financial Services sectors is required.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience working in a high-tech environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. Leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English; additional language skills will be considered a plus.
