A well-established globally regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Business Intelligence Analyst in our Limassol office.
In this role you will be responsible for leveraging data to assist multiple teams with providing insights to the company’s strategic decision-making processes. That would improve operational efficiency, strengthen competitive advantages and fuel overall business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact the FX market and our business operations and generate reports for management and all key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including customer journey, marketing, business development, client experience and IT to identify business requirements, KPI setting and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide a strategy and framework for all data management activities
  • Identify business opportunities discovered through data
  • Ensure data accuracy by auditing and identifying inconsistencies
  • Monitor and analyse competitors' activities and market trends to identify potential competitive advantages or risks
  • Be up-to-date about global economic events and market news that could impact the FX market
  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both non-technical and technical stakeholders with proper requirement documents/flows
Candidate profile
  • Solid expertise in data analysis, design and development of reporting and business intelligence solutions
  • Good knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio/Looker, Big query, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or other relevant programming languages
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated environment
  • Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Finance or related field
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail when working with data to ensure accuracy and quality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within a similar role in the financial/FX services
