Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries by identifying issues and offering assistance through telephone, email, and live chat channels
  • Educate clients on the usage of the company's website and trading platforms.
  • Engage with clients to convey information about the company's products and services via telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Support various company departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in computer usage, including a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Native or near-native Chinese and fluent English, is a fundamental requirement.
